This year has been a busy one for ClarityWEB. However, 2010 is going to be even busier. We are already scheduling work into March and we need to recruit a talented full-time Web Graphic Designer.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide creative designs for our client website projects. There is no requirement within our organisation for traditional offline media design.
You need the creative talent and inspiration to produce stunning website designs from a brief you will be given for each project. You do not need to be conversant with programming (though this could be an advantage it is not a prerequisite).
You will work closely with our web developers and be a creative provider. We need you to be able to demonstrate a flair for website design creativity and explain, in summary, your interpretation of a project scope.
Our organisation is PC based. If you're a Mac only designer, sorry, but we won't be changing our parent company IT strategy.
Much of our work is white label. We provide the programming skills that power sites of a wide variety of large organisations, some of which are household names.
That continues to be the case but we now have much more direct contact as the sole provider to many clients - and our reach is increasingy rapidly. So, you would be working on all manner of web designs.
In short, the breadth of the work you will be tasked with will be significant, challenging and creatively diverse.
You're a good communicator, a team player and possess an intense drive and ambition to deliver results beyond expectation. Self disciplined and motivated, you need to be able to work to a deadline without constant supervision.
Professional, yet personable, you'll be able to maintain the Clarity way of being considered partners to our clients and understand that our customer service ethic is one of very high standards.
We'll discuss salary for the right person, but this is a graduate position that will be developed. We will accept applications from non-graduates if you can demonstrate a high quality standard of work, flair and creativity in designs you can provide to support the application process.
You'll receive 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and an extra day for every year of service with us up to 28 days. We offer a profit related pay scheme after 12 months of continuous service.
Send your CV with a covering e-mail to:
jobs@clarityitconsulting.co.uk
Let us know of your salary expectations and make sure you tell us of any special qualities you possess that set you apart from the rest of the field.
It'll help us review your application if you attach, or provide links to, examples of your work.
Please don't contact us if you're an agency. We have already contacted agencies we wish to place this position with. No other agencies will be considered.
Your application must be received by Noon on Wednesday 23rd December 2009. We will contact you to advise of the status of your application before Tuesday 12th January 2010.
