If you opt for our Exchange Server email solutions then you get the ability to take much more than your e-mail with you. Direct Push is included with Windows Mobile 5 devices and is automatically enabled on all Exchange mailboxes from ClarityWEB. For devices not running Windows Mobile 5 we also provide Good Mobile Messaging software.

Forwarding and Catchall
Our systems can be set to forward all email received in a mailbox to another email address. If you want to ensure you receive even those misaddressed e-mails we have a Catchall service included with all solutions as standard. Anything that comes into your domain that isn't bound for a known mailbox gets sent to a mailbox of your choice.
Total Control
Through a simple control panel you're able to add, remove or amend mailboxes - from anywhere in the world. If a new employee starts you'll have them receiving email in seconds. The same applies for if an employee leaves - you could choose to have all their email forwarded to you in a matter of seconds. You then remove their mailbox whenever you want.
SMS Alerts
If you don't have a push enabled Mobile phone we can set up SMS Alerts for you. We send you an alert when a specific mailbox receives an email or you can specify which senders you want alerts for - or even subject lines!
