You see them all the time, marketing e-mails. More and more so in the run up to Christmas. The majority of them probably get thrown into your junk mail automatically. But this one just happened to catch the eye.

Ever heard of the Wacom Inkling? Neither had we.

The mailshot was dubbed as "Creative Gift Ideas for Creative People". Number 5 in the list : The Wacom Inkling.

Working in the creative industries, ClarityWEB are constantly looking at the latest emerging technologies, current trends and way to push the boundaries of design. The first place that this all starts is with a pen and some scribbles on our note pad.

Within our offices we already have two Wacom products, one graphic tablet which has served us well down the years, assisting us in creating some of the wonderful websites we have produced for clients. Particularly with more of the creative websites where there have been some graphically intensive design work.

The ability to sketch work and directly transfer it as a vector or a bitmap is a very powerful proposition.

It is definitely worth considering if you work in the creative industry, and with a retail value well beneath many alternative graphic tablets, it is an attractive option.
