MOST SEARCHED PRODUCTS THIS WEEK

Globally, here we have the hot searches of the last 7 days. These are the most searched for products across the world - online.

1. USB Missile Launcher – not exactly new, but for some reason there is currently a vast amount of people searching for the good old desktop war toy!

2. Supreme S30 – The Supreme S30 is a stapler! Yes, a paper stapler. It’s popular because part of it’s appeal is it is branded as a ‘press less’ stapler. That means you have to exert yourself less to staple that paper….wow. Well, it takes all sorts…

3. Miniature Rose Bush – the tiniest of rose bushes are much in demand this week. Perhaps because of the onset of summer in Europe?

4. Digital Wooden Clock – they’re all the rage right now, apparently. Little blocks of wood that have a digital clock face. Rather cool, actually.

5. Circupool RJ45 – this is a water purification system that processes up to 45,000 gallons of salt water. Quite why they’re so searched for right now, well we’ve no idea!

6. Nikon D700 – this is Nikon’s DSLR camera at the top end of the range. Nikon products always prove highly searched for, but this one is flying up much higher than normal.

7. Kindle 2 – now this is very very very cool indeed. The Kindle 2 is a paper-thin, ultra-light, wirelesss digital book reader. It’s like holding a piece of paper in front of you, onto which you can download all the reading material you can absorb.

8. Flowers – yes, plain simple flowers. For birthdays, for presents, or for the pure need to get on the good side of a loved one!

9. FZ28 – the FZ28 is a Lumix branded camera made by Panasonic. It’s had very good reviews in most of the press and clearly it is appealing to a lot of snap happy internet users.

10. Canon XTi – the XTi/400D is a Canon DSLR camera. What the addiction to cameras is right now is lost on us, but a huge number of people seem to be on the hunt for them.

Searches online are subject to very rapid change. The top ten shown above is from the last 7 days. We'll refresh and republish this list in the future and with the exception of flowers (because they're always a popular online search) you can expect to see nine completely new entries in the list.

If a new product is launched, particularly a high tech one, the chances are it'll fly to the top of the list very quickly indeed - such is the nature of what are called breakout searches on Google.
