We're IT people at heart. ClarityWEB is the internet solutions arm of Clarity IT Consulting Ltd. Website design is at our core and backed up by a level of information technology expertise that very few other companies can match.
Our clients are wide and varied in business type and style but they all value excellent customer service. We regularly take over websites from competitors when a customer realises they didn't get what they expected or the service levels aren't as promised.
Continuous Investment
We don't just use datacentres like most other companies. We have our own internal webservers and in July 2009 we commissioned another new Dell rackmounted server that is dedicated to offline development of client websites.
Web Design People
Our offices in Wansbeck Business Centre aren't like the Google Headquarters. They're modest yet well equipped. We expanded from one unit into two units in 2008. In December 2009 we moved into a single unit with double the floor space of our two units combined, with 1,100 square feet of office space. Founded by Chris Shaw, a former Divisional Operations and IT Director of a major UK plc, we are built on a reputation for treating clients in the way we like to be treated.
We're polite, courteous, swift to react to your questions and we all enjoy our jobs. We employ people with a smile and a genuine will to see that smile on a customers face when we deliver their website.
